We Cannot Treat:

  • Children Under 3 months old
  • Pregnant Women
  • Psych and Pain medication refills
  • Head Injuries/trauma
  • Facial Injuries/trauma
  •  Chest Pain
  • Sudden onset extreme abdominal pain
  • Extreme Shortness of Breath
  • We are unable to prescribe narcotic medications  
  • Life threatening or emergency cases will be be referred to the local hospital or will be directed to call 911

Other Services Offered:

  1. We accept major credit/debit cards.  A credit card fee is added in all transactions.
  2. After-hour appointments if needed for those that can’t make it in during regular hours. These are by appointment only. 
  3. Patient Portal Services–Fill out your intake form, receive and send messages to our office, See your documents and review your lab and xray results. Let us know if you’re interested in getting on our portal and we will get you started. 
  4. Walk-In Services are available from 1:00pm to 4:00pm  on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.   Also walk-ins on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.  Its a first come first serve method and worked in around the appointments.   You may have a wait.  You can call first to see when the best time to come.
  5. Telehealth Services will be available by appointment only.  You must be an established patient and seen 1:1 in the office for at least one visit before you will be eligile for telehealth.  Telehealth visits are charged the same as a visit in the office.

NOTE: Please do not use walk-in services to establish and/or manage care. These are only 15 minute slots used for patients that are experiencing acute (sudden) illnesses. For example: respiratory infection, pain, covid, flue, etc.

Covid-19 and the Flu

Please call ahead and do not use the walk-in option if:
You have:  Covid-19, Flu, and/or if you are running a temperature.  You may need to be seen in your vehicle.  We want to protect our other patients as much as possible and prevent from spreading the virus around.  The flu season is here and we need to do as much as we can to prevent the spread.  
Our patient areas are disinfected after each patient, and our common areas are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are Accepted. A small credit card fee will apply when using a card.

Payment Options and Fees

  •  We try to keep our visit fees competitive for the area.  We will be accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance providers in the area.  
  • We also will be offering prompt pay for those that under-insured, or have no insurance.  Ask the receptionist about this option. 
  • We also offer sliding scale fees to those patients who may be experiencing financial hardship.  Call for more information and see if you qualify. 
  • All fees and co-pays are due the day of visit.
